QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
TIME & DELIVERIES:
All the orders placed during the last 24 Hours will be processed and shipped in the next 48 Hours (Except Weekend as no shipment will be expected) and the estimated delivery time vary from country to country, but generally it will take 8 to 10 days for your order to arrive at destination and we usually ship by DPD or GLS or Poland Post (Default Option).
For Poland customers, orders will be ship out within 3 days (excluding weekend) and the delivery time is estimated 2-3 days.
RETURN & CANCELLATION:
Once placed customers can request cancellation while order under “PROCESSING” status and we will refund 100% of the fees but after the parcel have been packaged and shipped all orders cannot be canceled.
In case you receive a default product please contact our customer service at: firstname.lastname@example.org We will provide you assistance and reship you a new products upon receiving of the default products or provide you with a refund.
SYSTEM UPDATE ON PACKAGE "RECEIVED"
When the tracking is updated as "RECEIVED" we could accept within 5 days any feedbacks and complaints regarding the parcel delivery and the responsibility is on our side to provide assistance to customer regarding missing packages or lost packages. After that period of 5 days we will suppose that the parcel have been well received and signed for by the receiver and all responsibilities will be transferred to the Customer. So we recommend that you follow up your orders and confirm that you received your parcel as it is supposed to be.
